Service Providers & Subprocessors
PostBuild Works is a product and division of TradeLead Recovery. This page lists the service providers and subprocessors TradeLead Recovery uses to deliver PostBuild Works, as referenced in the Master Services Agreement v3.3. Questions: support@postbuildworks.com
Cloudflare
Application hosting infrastructure, database, queues, file storage for homeowner and subcontractor photos, videos and documents, and nightly backups used to operate the PostBuild Works platform.

Secure payment processing for monthly subscription fees. TradeLead Recovery does not store complete payment-card numbers from Stripe-hosted checkout.

Email delivery for homeowner follow-ups, service-request and work-order notices, and account and service-status email sent through PostBuild Works.

Job-management platform integration. PostBuild Works reads jobs, customers, files, forms and vendors from the client's JobTread account and, where the client allows it, writes warranty records back.
Connected by the client using an API key the client creates. JobTread is an independent company and is not a sponsor or endorser of PostBuild Works.

Local weather shown on the homeowner's home page, looked up by the home's approximate location. The request is made from the viewer's browser.

Verify current terms, certifications, and data practices directly with each provider before relying on them for compliance purposes.
Notes
JobTread's own downstream providers are described in JobTread's own privacy and subprocessor documentation. Signed agreements govern responsibilities and notification obligations regarding those providers.
The client's selected integrations (for example, an email-sending domain or an optional texting provider) may introduce additional providers not listed here. Those providers are identified during setup and are subject to the integration requirements in the MSA.
This page does not constitute a data processing agreement, a GDPR Article 28 schedule, or a representation of any certification or compliance status. The signed MSA controls the parties' obligations.
