Client engagements are governed by the order accepted at sign-up and the Master Services Agreement. The Website Terms of Use governs the public site only.

Verified list of service providers and subprocessors used by TradeLead Recovery to deliver PostBuild Works. Referenced by MSA v3.3.

Version Control

Published legal documents are permanent and are not edited in place. When a new version is issued, the prior version remains accessible at its original URL. The MSA version incorporated into a client engagement is the version in effect at the time the order was accepted at sign-up.
